Model T Ford – Miss Lizzie – Norm Marshall Style

A mate of mine saw one of the Model T Fords I’ve been making & commented that his grandson would love one of them.
I offered the plans which he declined, as his wife was very sick [an 18yr battle with cancer].
Unfortunately his wife passed away and at the funeral I asked if he’d like the plans again [I’m a bit thick at times].
My friend again declined and commented that he thought that I’d make him one.
And so I have made a Miss Lizzie for him to give to his grandson.
Now, in my rush to do the project, I’ve made a few mistakes, but the end result is okay.
My mate or his grandson won’t know, and the little boy will just have hours of fun play.
I’ve used a combination of soft and hard woods which I had on hand in the shed.
I’ve used a good quality pressure pack poly-urethane to coat it as it brings out the colours & grain in the timber plus it’s a good hard surface for little people to knock around.

Blimey Peter can’t seem to keep up with all the toys you have produced. Another great one
