Scrap wood hooks. I built the paddle also. I cannot claim the goose spoon. that is a spoon my wife bought from a british antique shop. Theoretically the spoon could be from the 1800s.

The dowel is slightly slanted to assist in holding and there is only one screw to hold it up the screw is covered with a dowel plug. I have many of them all around the house now. I built one larger version with visible screws I could not think of a way to hide them well.

This is all made from scrap wood from a window project I did on my house.

They are way better than plastic ones. Like it and the paddle as well. Well done!
