yet another request for a project- this time from my sister
made from maple and mahogany, just used a rabbet joint
sanded to 320 and finished with 3 coats of satin brush on polyurethane
very simple and quick to make, and a great project to use up some scraps
Thanks for looking,
Mark

Good old book ends. Very pretty. I remember making those in wood shop class….and that was a Very long time ago.

Nice looking book ends…question, what material did you place on the inner side of the book end (sorry don’t know the proper name for the piece that the books sit on).
