that’s a great idea! one of those “why didn’t i think of that” ideas… I hate my pegboard because I never have the right hook for the tool I have, but this might be a solution. Thanks for the post

Real nice solution. I use the single bar approach but need to make a new one. One thing I like about pegboard is making holders for it.

Thanks for all the positive comments. The shop made stuff doesn’t fall off like the store bought. If you ever make any remember to chamfer the upper back corner. It allows for a good snug fit against the pegboard.

agree with Clieb, pegboard is a great place to get creative. And I like your use of “scraps” to make this holder. Nice job!

It’s funny. I make holders like that for things (spade bits, shaped rasp bits) Just to keep them standing up in order. but I don’t have any place organized to put them. Never occurred to me to get a pegboard and hang them off there.

I made one of those. I got the free plan from Woodsmith Shop.com. neat project.
