Here is the finished cabinet I made out of poplar, ash, walnut, and mappa burl. This cabinet is an initial build to determine the finished dimensions and document all my mistakes with build notes. Previous pictures can be found in my projects area. This cabinet is for a friend and his intentions are to paint the piece with the exception of the drawer, top, and door panels. I believe he is painting it white; should look good. My intentions are to build another one from my notes out of walnut and ash. The cabinet is all mortise and tenon joints draw-bored with oak pegs. The drawer is a full extension drawer with dual runners to support the weight of the drawer contents. The final deminsions are 22”w x 18” d x 31” h. I hope you like the cabinet and as always comments are welcome especially woodworking tips.
