Walnut/Cherry Photo Display Table Walnut/Cherry Photo Display Table No-picture-s Click the pictures to enlarge them

The mother-in-law wanted a narrow table for a particular spot to display photos of the grandkids and great grandkids. I thought “Great! My first “commissioned” piece!” Too bad I’m not actually getting paid.

Very nice. What did you use for finish?

Thanks. This finish is Danish oil followed with 5 coats of wipe-on polyurethane.

Very nice, Charlie. I like the contrast of the Walnut and Cherry as well.

Great table Charlie:

Is the top glass for putting pictures under or is the table to be used to set up pictures in frames?

No glass top, Karson…..just a glossy finish. It’s just to put framed photos on.

Very nice. Nice contrast of the woods… perhaps no commission, but you’ll get the piece back eventually… or will get a nice ego boost when family members fight over it – over the next several generations!
