Here is the first table I have ever built. Its nice…but I dont like the top being screwed down. My wife likes the chrome screws on the top, and says it gives it a rustic/industrial look. If she is happy, then I am happy. I hope to get better, but this is my first completed project other than a picture frame. Ill share those later. It is all reclaimed pallet wood that I sanded down and stained to one color. I love the lines and the weathered look. Im proud….I actually finished something without my ADD taking over!! I love this hobby, and want to get at it more and more each day. Just wish there was more time.

A happy wife is an understanding one…. Never forget that the customer may not see it your way and change your plans at the last minute but they are always right…. Nice job Thanks for sharing….

Great job. I do a lot with pallets too. Your attention to detail really makes those weathered pieces look nice.

That looks great would never know it was your first completed one. I rescue pallets. too, nothing like free wood.

Really got to love this piece, ain’t had that kind of nerve in a long time. There are some real nice details here in design/construction combined with a devil may care approach. Now a little less gloss on the finish might show better, but rough stock never had it so good.

That’s better pallet wood than I normally find, some nice wide pieces. I like how the fork cut outs kind of make feet.

I like the color of it, it’s about as good as pallets are ever going to look. Nice work.

Minwax brought out the color. This thing looked like a pure bred mutt before stain.
