My wife needed a pencil holder, and I need a stocking stuffer for her Christmas stocking. So I found some scraps, cherry and a unknown wood. Turned them on the lathe and did a little carving. Lots of fun

Holy crap Rich that’s gorious! I”ve never done any turning or caarving, but you most have done it once or twice. That makes my little pencil holder (use to be canned peas) look un impressive!!!

Like it! Looks extraordinary with the beautiful carving and the turned wood and base.
