Dolphin family. Purpleheart and sycamore. The eyes are cocobolla. Intarsia, but actually more of a wall sculpture. Took about 8 hours to complete, but I’m slow. It doesn’t have that many pieces, but it’s a pretty good sized project.

-- I did measure it twice, it's still too short.

8 hrs for you would be more like two days for me. Nice job, I like.

Very nice project.
I would like to copy your project.
Is that your pattern, or just different size patterns?

Terry, I found the pattern on this site and bought it electronically. Came in as a PDF without a hitch. Saved a lot of shipping since the fellow is in Australia. He has a really interesting site with many plans. A blast to visit!

Very nice looking intarsia George. My first intarsiia piece that I am working on is two dolphins…but I really like your design. Dolphin items sell very well here in Hawaii to tourists.
