After seeing the plywood picture frame created by Steve at Wood Working for Mere Mortals and another unknown person that I got this idea from, I decided to try using a plywood lid so you will only see layers no matter what angle you looked.
The finished product is a business card box for a buddy of mine at work.
I have included a video of its construction on You Tube.
I hope my buddy likes it.

That’s really cool! Im always looking for new ideas for box lids, I may have to try that. Looks like it might be tricky! Is that birch ply? 1/4”? Nice work, keep it up!
