This project is my first experience in the Greene and Greene style. I took african mahagony and wenge for the nightstand and walnut for the lamp. I am used old Indian lampshade from old not in use lamp. At the begining I want to make stainglass lampshade, but than I decided to use this old lampshade. May be it is not quite proper, but I tried to do it.

Nice. The nightstand is a classic G&G design but I have never seen this lamp design. Did you see it somewhere or is it a personal design ? The corners are also an interesting detail : it’s a blend between cloud lifts and tsuba shape. Very interesting. Keep going making sawdust !

Nice nightstand. I really like the cloud lift detail on the top. Love to see it with more of a Greene and Greene leg detail.
Also like the lamp. Nice corner detail on it and a neat way to hide the cord. Great for a first G&G attempts.
