A friend of mine saw the first bench I posted on LJ and asked if I would make one like for her to place in her antique store. Of course, she will sell it in a heartbeat if someone asks to buy it. I haven’t sold any of the projects I have made in the past so I am curious to see how she does with it.

Looks nice. It does appear that the arm rests are too low. When you sit to your arms even touch the rest or are they suspended above them.

Thanks Ohwoodeye. I believe the cross piece under the arm rest causes a slight optical illusion. I have to lift my arm slightly to place on the arm rest.

Looks great and very sturdy bench! Like the design and wood and the finish is amazing.

Have your say...
