These are versions of the old time wine riddling racks. Wine makers would turn or twist wine bottles periodically during the winemaking process (in the old days). I made two versions. One is a larger one sided rack that leans up against a wall and the other is an A-frame type which is free standing.

The hole angle is 30 deg.
