This is a book case that i made from a project that i had already started that was originally going to be a hope chest. the top was going to be one of the sides of the hope chest and i had mahogany for the top and the bottom but the person decided they did not want it after i started to make it so i had wood but did not have enough to do the whole thing so i figured i could use glass to so i would not have to go buy more wood to make this bookcase. it took me about a month to build with late nights in my shop so im happy it is complete and now i can enjoy it!

A great display area not just for books. Like the design, wood, finish and metal ware used.

Have your say...
