I just finished this rolling lumber cart, i got the plan from Steve Ramsay

I made the base wider, so i could fit other things on it like say horses, various jigs for the table saw etc.

Its amazing how much you can fit on it, the design is excellent. It holds a good balance of sheet goods and off cuts etc.

Made from 15mm plywood.

hey Warren – nice work. I made the same cart from Steve as well, but the mod I made was to get rid of one of the bins and make it a small shelving unit for small cutoffs. I like the idea of a wide base for other stuff though. My version is up at

Great lumber rack! Hold more of the timbers but consumes just little space and organizes them. Successful project!
