Grandson's New Crib

This is the crib I built for my new Grandson. He has been using it for the last two or three months and seems to be adapting quite nicely to it. The other picture is the crib before finishing and final assembly. It is sitting amidst the unfinished family room renovation that I had started before learning that I needed to get busy building baby furniture. Happily the family room reno is back on the front burner which pleases the wife. But I can’t wait to get back into the shop to start on all the toys that he will need in the coming year.

Very nice! Looks like a version of the Wood Magazine plans? I’m in the process of making one too.

harvey: it is taken from Wood Magazine. I decided not to do the curved top on the headboard. I like the look better and it certainly is simpler. Thanks for commenting.

Beautiful crib! He or she is one lucky grand-baby.

What a great crib. That will be in the family for a very long time, well done. Congrats as well.
