another of those “I’m gonna paint it” projects. pine shorts and oak dowel pins. I turned the pins on the drill press using files, saw it on another blog. I really got to find a better way to make stars.

How did you do the stars??
I think they make the project

Thanks for the comments, the stars were accomplished by drilling out with a 2 inch forstner bit and cut the angles with a jigsaw. While purposely cutting oddly to give that primitive look.
