This was a two part feature on my site. We used rescued wood for the build. It is built so that it can be taken apart if needed and the other side of the top board can be drilled to add more room.

nice! You probably should go ahead and add the holes on the other side now It will fill up in no time. I like the wedged tenons. I am going to make a couple of rod racks for xmas presents. I might try and work those wedged tenons into my design.
