Was getting really sick of slow adjustments cranking my router (especially under the table) so I made this little puppy to speed things up. Cut as a gear so I can add a shaft and another gear to my table at some point so I dont have to reach under any more but this is already a big improvement, I will probably have to re-cut the gear at some point with some good ply and make it a bit bigger. Popped out the top cover of the micro adjust and drilled a hole for the bolt which slipped in (with some convincing) really tight. Everything works pretty good. Gear is made from scrap birch and the handle is scrap pupleheart dowel from another project. Thanks to woodgears.ca for the gear template generator. Template is still on in the pic and nothing sanded so it looks a little rough.
