The wife wanted a new desk so I had to deliver. I had some wood left over from previous projects, so I jumped on it. The top and raised panel sides are walnut, the drawer fronts are walnut with mappa wood veneer. The drawers are solid maple and drawer pulls are bandsawn walnut. Please excuse the mess of wires under the desk, I plan on zip tying them up neatly once I get everything organized. Thanks for looking! -Clarke

Clarke…that is a really nice desk…!I know your wife must be extremely happy with it. I always am surprised how many different types are in existence in the world. New wood types always seem to pop up ands this is the first I have seen mappa wood. It really goes good with the walnut.
