Now he has a dancing partner, Rosetta.
I had some burl scraps. Ok, I bought a nice burl and turned it into scraps instead of my intended purpose.I was able to salvage some of it. If you don’t know about dried maple burl, it’s tough stuff to carve. One is in my flour bin, the other in the sugar bin. Mineral oil finish.

Better get that young dancer lady a proper skirt ! (wish you’d make a short film to share of the two of em’ bouncing on their dance boards !) Nice job ! The scoops look good too !
