Hand rubbed with Danish oil and left for 3 days and then 3 coats of spar urethane. It is exposed to the sun from several windows and it is what the client wanted. Should last a long time.

As much as I love Walnut , I don’t like a dark kitchen. The workmanship is very nice though , as is the figuring in the Walnut : )
