Made this simple box as a birthday gift to hold 4×6 photos out of scrap pieces of white oak with figured maple inlay and redwood keys and inlay surround. Used barbed hinges and finished with Arm-R-Seal semigloss.

Very nice. I find the keys hold the mitered joints together very well.

Very Cool..It looks easy, but I am sure a lot work went into the inlays. Excellent.

Nice work. I have customers at shows trying out boxes to see if photos will fit inside. It is now one of my standard sizes. I am told they are for the coffee table or a desk at work.
