Original-ish design. Borrowed the basic style of the body of the box from the WOOD magazine plan in issue #165, and got the idea for the lid’s panel from another lumberjock (sorry, can’t remember who). Wish I had some more pictures, but this is the only one I have for know. Made from wanut and maple, finished with wax.

-- measure twice, cut once, swear and start over.

The lid looks like a Kent Shepherd box. That’s definitely a compliment! Nice box anyone would be proud to have.
