Three cornered bowl

NEW PICTURES ADDED

This was an amazing burl that was given to me a while back that i couldnt figure out what to do with it. It was too small to make a bowl from just the solid burl. So i picked an off center starting point, turned it true and added some meat of three of the side to give it some more size and I think it looks really cool. I love the old look of the burl with the contemperary look of the purple and red heart, and the white spacers just add that exra touch. Let me know what you think!

It’s beautiful. You should try some inlays on those voids. Red Coral would be excellent.

I really like the way you added to the original piece of wood to give it some character and size!!! Beautiful work and great idea!!!
