These are a couple more live edge shelves I recently completed. They are both solid wood. The first is 32” long and the second is only 24” but is 3” thick and solid aspen. They both have angles cut on the ends to give them an uplifting feel. And both are finished with lacquer. And both are made from reclaimed lumber. Thanks for checking them out!

How do they anchor to the wall?

Thank you. Watermark, I used two, metal, single keyhole hangers 16” apart. I morticed for them so they are nice and flush to the back and in turn the shelf will sit tight to the wall. Just a couple of drywall anchors and leave the screwheads stick out a little to catch the hangers and you’re done.

Have your say...
