Bubinga Cigar Pen

Project by ShannonRogers posted 544 days ago 199 views 0 times favorited 3 comments Add to Favorites Watch

One of my colleagues was just promoted into an account management role and I made this pen for him to help him impress his customers and close some deals.

Sanded to 12,000 grit, EEE cream, Danish Oil, then some Shellawax for final finish. I really like what the Danish Oil does to the color of the bubinga.

I got a little artsy on the photo with the Ziracote in the background.

Beautiful pen. You may have to make some more for him. I like to give clients the pens I have made when they sign the contract. Thanks for sharing.

Shannon,

This is a beautiful pen. Thanks for sharing both the project and the story behind it.
