I was inspired by “DreadHead” for the design of this Project. it’s not as near as cool as his but it is not bad. I liked the swoop in the design because you can set the back end of the blade between your thumb and fore finger. I made the blade out of some HD Steele and hardened in the oven and the Handle is made out of Purple Heart although it sure doesn’t look purple. I guess because it’s an old piece of wood. it’s got a coat of BLO and one coat of Minwax. the Nails I put in it were supposed to be copper, HA. more like copper plated. next time I am going to find some solid copper ones or melt down some old pennies. Enjoy I hope you like it.

If you use pennies make sure they are 1982 or before.

Looks great!
