Just trying to use up some scraps. I ended up making 9 trivets. I had 2 casualties…oh well, just scrap. 7 survived. 6” trivets with a 30 degree chamfer on bottom. They turned out better than I had expected. 56 pieces, 168 dados, and 336 movements across the blade. I used my scrap kerfmaker, recut to a 1/2” dado set, to cut the outside dados.
