This was a quick project some folks at work asked me to make. It’s made of walnut and finished in General’s semi-gloss top coat….man I love that stuff. I think I have finally found a finish I really like…and it’s easy to apply.

Thanks John, Those are challenge coins. The one coin on the right of the engraving is the senior command and all the others are subordinate commands. Look up military challenge coin tradition if you are not familiar with the tradition of these things. They have become a very treasured and desired item within the different services.
