This is a 48 inch maple bathroom vanity I was commisioned to build. The face frame, doors and drawerheads are made of maple hardwood and the finished ends are maple plywood. I make my dovetailed drawer of 5/8 maple with 1/2 in maple plywood bottoms. I have now started to use the undermount drawer slides on all cabinets that I am commisioned to build.

Jack, this looks good. I also like the dovetails. Also, what type of stain/finish are you using?

Jack,
This is a nice cabinet. It has a nice design to it and it is well built. I like the finish as well. Maple can be a challenge to stain and finish.
Well done.

Good looking vanity. I love doing these style vanities, kinda like doing a cabinet and a piece of furniture at the same time.
What finish did you use? Pre-cat lacquer?
Thanks for sharing,
Dave
