hi this is a little vase i made for my sister she all ways wanted one so i made her this one i am going to give it to her on Sunday hope she likes it.. it stands 9 inches it is 5 inch at the top 8 at the middle and 6 1/2 at the bottom .
the finish is 4 coats of sand and seal and 3 coats of lacquer

That’s purple heart? Until now, I didn’t think It was a wood I would appreciate seeing in my home. Beautiful job! I’d feature that vase prominently! In my home.

hi thanks for all the very nice comments

the woods are purple-heart and Gonzalo alves

my local hardware store has got in a lot of exotic wood in it great ./
and he is a good friend of my ins and gives it to me at cost price .
happy days
