The stand is made from 4 blocks of Beech glued and turned between centres. The dish is a piece of 8×2 pine
scaffolding board and I am amazed at the smooth finish on it. It was achieved with a fair bit of sanding and 2 coats of Chestnut wood-wax. The whole thing is 5” tall.
The stand has a tenon that fits snuggly and is glued into a turned recess on the bottom of the bowl.
Thanks for looking.

Fruit bowl is very pretty, like the shape of the stand and smooth finish. Great turning!
