Made from lovely Hawaiian Koa this is another of what I call my series of “Living Tree” line of boxes. This one is about 12 1/2” tall X 8” wide and 4 1/2” thick. I lined the drawers with spray on felt and used Koa for the pulls. I try to make the out line of the tree “pop out”. As you can see from my boxes, I do like working with Koa.

I saw a design similar to this some time ago and was going to make it and got sidetracked. I am glad you did it, it is a great piece.

All of your BS boxes are very nice but this one is special. I’ll bet Randy would swap some hackberry for koa. (and if he won’t, I will). I know, the shipping would be prohibitive :(

Beautiful tree BS box Larry. Has a warm feeling just viewing the koa box.
