I started my daughter’s basement the day after I retired. It was quite a project, metal studs, drywall, electrical, plumbing plus all the woodwork. They did buy the cabinets in the serving area and the kitchen area, which I had to match. Thank God they contracted out the floor and the ceiling. We were lucky that we were able to find a fireplace that matched her theme. The basement came out great but my daughters’ decorating really complimented it. She wanted a party place not a living space. One of her neighbors wanted to rent it out for her daughter’s communion…lol. Took two years to complete, but I’m sure the price was right. (even though it did cost plenty it could have been much worse) We had the main area, serving areas, kitchen area, bathroon plus the Star wars room for he husband. Thanks for looking. Stan

Man somebody has a large house. Looks good. I like the pool table. Lots of partying going on there. Hope the insurance is up to date.

Now that’s what I call a real party room. It’s very colorful and the decor fits it perfectly. Nice work.

That is quite the basement, I should say sports bar! It looks as good if not better than some public sports bars.
I could say I am a little jealous but then I don’t even have a basement!

That floor would look great with a drunk laying down on it. Passed out.
