This is my ring for the Winter Wooden Wearables Contest!!

I was not sure what I was going to make for the contest, I always make rings.
I thought about something different but in the end, I just made a ring.
I have been in and out of the hospital over the last month or so and really have not felt good enough to make anything. I did at least make a ring. Not sure what will happen with the contest, so many nice things are already made!

This ring is Purpleheart, Wenge Veneer(middle part) and Brass!!

I was going to make a necklace to go with it, I just could not get it right for now. Maybe i’ll make it later on.
I figured I better get something in the contest, never know when I might have to go back to the hospital.
Thank you all for looking—Robert

Very nice ring Robert…!
I like the way you combined the brass with the wood.
