A co-worker had a family member that was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. She asked if i had any ideas on how to make a pink ribbon that other family memebers could sign with words of encouragement before they gave it to her as a gift. The one caveat is that they wanted it to be able to stand on its own otherwise i could have free reign on the design. This is what I came up with for her. Base is red oak and body is mdf. Stands a little over 8” tall. The only downside to this one is that no one would sign it because they didn’t want to change the look of it.

Thank you, this was a pretty simple project but the real reward was seeing how much it meant to the friend that requested it.
