This took me a few months to finish and quite a bit of head scratching. I got some inspiration from Lars's Finger joint jig and from Russ's Yet Another Box Joint Jig.
I spent many hours trying to figure it out
but the end result differs quite a lot from the original plans. I needed lots of coffee to keep me going


I have not been able to purchase Tnuts in South Africa so far and therefor I had to improvise
In the end I am quite happy with the box joints made with this jig
This was the first attempt
and this was my second attempt
This project also gave rise to my Five minute kerfmaker - KM2 with a micro adjustment feature
