Brooktrout i carved a while back, they are carved out of old barn board, they were a fun projects.

I gave the fish carving a go when I first started wood working, it definitely takes a lot of talent to do it well!

Skip, what great work. You have mastered the art. I am also a maniac and also work in nuclear power. My favorite past time is fishing for brooktrout along with woodworking. I doubt that I will ever have the talent to carve like you though.
