Ok, so I know one needs to build a workbench an a hanging tool cabinet to get one’s woodworking geek card. Check and check! Who sends me the card now?
Seriously, like many, I had hand tools stuffed here and there and needed some organization. This cabinet has proved to provide a good way to store hand tools. The center section opens for more hanging storage, which is empty until I go shopping for more tools.

Nicely done—now get out there and start making more wood projects. ;-)

That’s very nice. I’ll have to steal that approach and put it on the “shop” list. I too have hand tools stuffed in hiding places all over the garage. I probably have two of everything because I buy the extra one out of frustration trying to find the original. Thanks for the idea and good job.

Great job. I guess I have yet to earn my geek card. I only have the work bench and a whole bunch of peg board.

Wow, I need to still build the cabinet to get the geek card? I’m not even a geek yet? What the heck am I then?
Nice work! Thanks for posting and for the idea.

Thanks for all the positive comments! Very kind.
Nice to learn that my Geek Card is in the mail even without having to show the pile of firewood that was intended to be hand-cut dovetail parts.
