So, with this next box I did my first hinges. Nothing too complicated, joined a three panel top and cut the lid away the way that Doug Stowe shows in his box making video. Used a chisel to carve the pull by hand and then chamfered the top edges of the lid with a block plane. My wife says that this is her favorite one so far :-) Finished with danish oil.

Nice work and I really like the way you “textured” the handle. Can’t see the hinges so I assume they are PERFECT!
