Mobile base for my 14” deluxe Grizzly bandsaw . I first made this without the 3/4 side rails attached and the weight of it made it sag so i enclosed the whole thing which made it difficult to get the saw in. I added biscuits where i could to keep from sagging. I had to winch it off the floor then lower it into the base 250+ lbs I think. last pic is my first cut on a really nice saw. Paint is home depot forest rain w a separate tinted primer $22 plus 4 wheels from harbor freight $17 with wood lying around the shop for free and some knobs and bolts i had in a junk box. Cheeper than the mobile base grizzly offered w shipping. Better looking but a tad longer than I would have liked. Star knobs spin to lower bolts through t-nuts to floor then lift swivel wheels up so it becomes stable.

Looks much better than the metal one I bought from Grizzly. Nice job!

Good Project and thanks for the color of Grizzly paint, I am sure that I will eventually need to touch up a spot.

Nice, professional-looking base. Looks like it’s part of the saw stand. Looks like it’s stable and safe too.
