Looks good, I just got bowl gouges and will soon be turning them myself….Keep Turning!

That looks like an excellent first effort. And a sweet piece of box elder to boot, with a nice little bit of spalt on it as well.

Looks mighty fine to me. The only thing missin, yep, the ice cream.. Sorry, anytime I see a bowl, or a spoon, ice cream is the only thing that comes to mind.
