This is the first thing I’ve ever made and it taught me alot along the way. I did tenons on the sides and mortised the legs. I caught someone on youtube making wood hinges so i threw the brass ones I bought backin the tool box and gave it a go. By the way thanks to Steve Ramsey for all his work . Your a real encouragement

Thanks. I almost messed the hinges up. I drilled them with a hand drill because my press was out in the wintery garage (bad idea). I’ve since moved it to the basment shop, or as I call it my laboritory.

I like it! Hard to believe it’s your first as it looks professional to me. I’ve never tried M/T joinery for a box but it’s on my list now. Love your hinges!
