The Loggers in the Woods was completed using Walnut, Butternut, Hard Maple, Aromatic Red Cedar, Western Cedar, Honduran Mahogany, Poplar, and Pecan for the frame. The Pecan Tree was grown in Iowa which is quite rare. There are over 300 pieces in this project and it took about 50 hours to complete.

Your intarsia is wonderful and welcome to LJ. I like them all but am especially partial to the logging one.
