First post, so here goes
I made this as a Christmas present for my Girlfriend.
The groom box is Black walnut and Maple that was cut for biscuits and then glued. The box is just air nailed together with a little bit of glue. The finish was two coats of natural stain and then oiled.

That is the difficult part twokids, but my girlfriend has refused to take it to the barn and use it as a groom box
