This is a kitchen I built for a friend last year. I did not install it but really enjoyed building it.

Welcome to lumberjocks! Nice project for your first post.
We love pictures here at LJ, especially before, during and after shots so don’t be shy and show us your stuff.
What kind of plywood do you like to use for the lower cases? I always use prefinished maple plywood which looks fantastic and saves alot of finish time.
I like the shaddow line above the crown. It makes the room feel bigger somehow. Plus it makes it eaier to install and paint the ceiling. The single glass door is a nice touch.
I’m right in the middle of building my own kitchen cherry cabinets with inset RP doors so, it’s good timing to see a kitchen FINISHED! I’ve been working on them since last summer. Today, I should have the doors and drawer fronts fitted and installed, ready for final finish and install. I can’t wait.
I look forward to your next post – maybe photograph and post your shop?
Nice to meet you Ron, not Ron.
