Hi All, It’s been awhile since I posted. This was my first project working with rough cut lumber, and I absolutely loved it. This came from a woodworking plan with a few personal tweaks / improvements (to be honest inspired to creatively fix my goofs). It has danish oil on the main body, and several coats of gloss poly, finished with a satin. Anyways, please enjoy!

Very nice! That African Walnut looks just like American Black Walnut. I like the contrasting strips in your miters.

@kevinwstuart – yeah, the lid is actually 8 pieces total counting the edges.
