This year for my wife’s school White elephant party, I decided to make a Aggie chainsaw and a cutting board.
I copied my grandfathers disston handle and added a nice chrome chain for the saw. I then downloaded cutting board designer and design my first cutting board. Of course I had to make a cross cutting sled prior to making the cutting board. I had really been wanting a cross cutting sled for a while. I liked the cutting board so much, I bit the bullet and picked me up a forrest woodworking II blade, my first, and proceeded to make a american flag cutting board for a friend of mine. It really was time consuming to line up the stripes. I still did not get it perfect but what the heck it looks great and my friend loved it.

Chainsaw is really nifty, how does it cut? Kinda tough to sharpen?? Nice boards.
