Basic jungle wood bowl blank calling out to me from Woodcraft store, one of those 6×3” blocks that you can’t pass up on sale…went crazy with the finishing OCD unchecked…

Very nice bowl, Jeff. I just love the colour of padauk and how it darkens with age but didn’t like the way the very oily dust clung to everything in my shop after scroll sawing. Did you have this problem when turning your bowl?

Very nice. That blank would cost 50$ around here.
How does Padauk turn? What finish did you use?

This is a great example of a project that deserved to be “top 3”!

Wow thank you did you read my ranting on that forum topic? there are a bunch of games being played to get those awards it is not based on craftsmanship or design….they win because of games like create your self say 20 extra phony profiles and put your posted project on all the favorites list….or have all your buddies post… They should fix that so these hacks don’t wreck this site…did you see some of the resent winners?
If you like my stuff help me out and place it on your favorites, sad but you have to fight fire with fire…
